Hi - the last time I saw your family was probably about 25 years ago when I was in elementary school - your family came to my church First Bible Baptist Church in Rochester New York. Your kids came over to my house and swam in the pool. I loved your music and still remember parts of it till this day. My favorite was Pray for Daddy - I sing the parts that I remember to my daughter, and it always brings a tear to my eyes (sappy woman ya know). I was so excited to find this site - as soon as I can I will by buying that CD. Thanks for serving God all these years and the impact you had on my life and so many others.

Jolene gave us the “One More Mile” cd for our 28th wedding anniversary. It brought back great memories. We still enjoy the Marshall Family music. It was great to hear Bro Mark and the Berean Youth’s envolvement also. PRAISE HIM!!

Music has always been an important part of my life, and God used the testimonies of John and Matt to help me break away from music that was not glorifying Him or helping me spiritually. We had a great time that week. It is great to see that the Lord is still using you all mightly. I am no longer on the road in Evangelisim. Your whole family came over to eat with us, we lived around the corner from the church. We had such a splendid time with you. Hello Marshalls! In the past few months, we just ordered the 2 newsest cds…One More Mile and Mountain Heritage. Love, Love, Love them!! They are such a blessing, as are the rest of your cds and dvds. Is there any way to get the music cd(s) from The Montoros? I think I once saw them available on this site, but not anymore. Also, will you ever release a cd or dvd from your 30th reunion/anniversary? Greetings from sunny North Carolina! I really miss ya’ll! Hope you all are doing well. Besides a few runny noses and sneezes, we are doing pretty good. Dad’s health is a lot better…no pain from the surgery in over 2 months! Praise God!
Have you had any snow up there? We’ve been having sunny weather down here for the last several weeks (besides a couple rain showers). It’s been in the 60’s and 70’s!

Heard you for the first time this past Saturday on the local public radio station, and was greatly moved by your song, “I’ve Got Something the World Can’t Take Away” (at least I think that was the title). Thank you for the wonderful music and inspiration!

Divine appointment? I believe it was.
I asked my husband to turn on “Old Fashioned Christian Music Radio” while we were preparing to attend a “Home Going” today. A dear sister in the Lord was laid to rest today, but we all know that to be absent from the body is to be present with Our Lord for those who have trusted Him and Him alone to get them to Heaven.
Our family’s gift of ministry is through song. While warming up my voice to sing at the funeral, your song “Just for a Moment” started playing on the computer. I just wanted you to know moments like funerals are not top on my list of favorites, but when your song came on I couldn’t help but sing and be joyful despite the sadness in my heart. Thanks for the reminder to rejoice in everything and to live life to the fullest because every “moment” comes from Him.

I feel soooo blessed to know about you and the wonderful music you all made over the years, first time I got to hear you all sing was about 10 years ago at Light House Baptist Church in San Diego CA I had just got saved and Mrs. Marshall spoke to the ladies about “how to dress ” as a Christian lady “slits, tight form fitting, open, or low cut shirts tight short skirts, you name it she spoke against it and oh boy did I need that!!!!!!!! It was a BLESSING !!!!!!!! when it was over it felt like God himself came down and spoke to my heart and through what ever words she said HE did a marvelous change inside me, IT WAS NOT TOO LONG AFTER THAT, my whole clothes closet changed and praise the LORD I have no desire to ever go back, since then I have learned to sew some long wide skirts and dresses for my 2 girls and my self.
Mrs. Marshall I do not know if you remember, you came to my hair salon, I gave you a perm and hair cut it was such a blessing to visit with you, back then all I wanted to do was to be like you when I grow up, in fact you were one of the ladies that told me about home schooling too, so I just wanted you to know that your sacrifices and ministry has blessed me greatly.
